I Told You I Was Trouble is an 8-piece Amy Winehouse Tribute from Vancouver, BC. The band formed in 2021 from a collection of funk-loving jazz nerds who met Capilano University Jazz Studies Program and who all just couldn't get enough of Amy Winehouse. Their unique brand of entertainment fuses modern Motown and jazz fusion with an exciting brass section and powerful vocals that will make you want to dance in your COVID-restriction-mandated seat. I Told You I Was Trouble features Alexa Logan, vox, Jenn Davidson, tenor saxophone, Nicky “Hot Lips” Walsh, trombone, David Brown, baritone saxophone, Bradan DeCicco, guitar, Mike Allen, keyboards, Brad “the Almighty” Pearson, bass, and Eliot Doyle, drums.
