Harry Last//

Harry Last exists to disrupt social norms by providing a message of hope and a call for change through the use of captivating guitar riffs and strong, meaningful lyrical content. His passion is evident in the way he carries himself on stage: whether it’s a 1,000-person theatre venue or a small bar on the corner, you will always see the best that Harry has to offer.

Born in Nottingham, England, Harry moved to Vancouver, BC in 2006 where he discovered a passion for the guitar and eventually for metal and hard rock music. Harry's first studio album ‘Think To Myself’ was released in spring of 2018 to much local acclaim, touching the lives of many listeners through his emotional lyrics and strong political opinions. He plans to release his second record in fall of 2019.

Emma Alves//

Emma Alves is an independent artist from Vancouver, Canada. She has trouble narrowing down the genre most associated with her music but imagine a mix of Olivia O'brien and Sabrina Claudio with sultry, dream-like vocals.
One key stand-out for the young songstress is her ability to write, record and produce her own tracks. Emma's most recent release, 9:00-5:00, was recorded in a tiny studio apartment in Tokyo, Japan. She is currently working on a new album; this will be her first completely independent multi-track project.

Being in creative control is important for an artist with such passion. Following the release of her first studio album back in 2014, Emma's music was largely influenced by collaborators/partners. her own vision was put on hold. In early 2018 she began releasing tracks more in-tune with her own ideas. Now, Emma is determined to experiment with her production and writing style. That is the goal for her next album release.

She is currently sharing her creative process on social media and is in the recording phase of the album. Interested in hearing more?

Sarah Osborne//

Sarah Osborne is a singer-songwriter and marine biologist from the west coast of Canada. Her playful and sultry vocals permeate her jazzy blues melodies. Hailing from a musical family and holding a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology, this songstress and sea queen draws inspiration from the ballads of her childhood and the harshness and beauty of the natural world.

By merging art and science in the vessel of her music, Sarah aspires to empower people to take care of the natural environment. She believes art is a powerful tool in encouraging people to make positive personal changes. This will ensure that the benefits and beauty of caring for our ecosystems and each other are valued for generations to come.

Like a tumbleweed going with the wind, Sarah is a natural rambler. She has played vastly diverse stages, from train cars crossing the country as part of the ‘Via Rail Artists on Board Program’, to house concerts in the Maritimes, outdoor bars in Honduras, and the Capital Ballroom in Victoria, BC. She appears as a one-woman show, alongside peers, and often with her talented backing band “The Secret Beaches”. As a performer, she thrives on the emotional connection she builds with her audience via her songs, storytelling, and lightheartedness. Her most recent EP “She Rows” (2019) was produced, co-written, and engineered by uncle Neil Osborne (54-40) and is an ode to jazz, lovers, and the sea.

Sarah is taking a break from her science career and wanderlust ways and is currently living on Gabriola Island in a tiny home among the trees. Most days she can be found working on her next album, learning about the infinite variety of plant life, or sharing a good laugh with the locals (at a safe distance of course)
