Powered by endless energy, a lifelong gift for musical expression, and a pure love of performing, Nicole Sumerlyn has been engaging Canadian audiences for a decade with a traditional country sound blended with a southern rock edge. 2019 inspired Nicole to focus on releasing original music and growing her audience, starting with two 2021 digital singles – the dating-driven “Over A Drink”, which she performed on Music City’s “Today in Nashville”, and the summer-soaked, “Floatin’”, which was added to regular rotation by CBC Country/Sirius XM. Now in 2022, Nicole is making the leap into Canadian country radio for the first time with her new single, “Hostage”. This metaphoric ballad, being her debut on country radio has also landed her performances and interviews with Global News and CTV Morning Live. Originally from Abbotsford, British Columbia, Nicole embraced music and performance very early on. At age 4, she was choreographing “shows” for her family. She added to her artistic upbringing with community theatre, fine arts classes, as well as many years of competitive dancing; Which then led to music lessons, and naturally writing original compositions by the age of 11. Nicole has become a sought-after performer at Western Canadian festivals – highlighted by the Calgary Stampede and two performances at the internationally-attended SunFest Music Festival, including opening for Kip Moore on the main stage. Nicole has showcased during the BCCMA Awards Weekend and CCMA Country Music Week to go along with many other live shows, much to the enjoyment of country music fans who have come to enjoy her electricity and raw talent on stage. 2023 will mark an exquisite new chapter in Nicole’s life, as she makes the official move to Nashville TN, where she will continue to work towards a full-length album, more tour dates, and exciting new moments in her musical journey.

Tanner Olsen Band//

Nights spent in high school listening to country music at tailgate parties on the banks of the Fraser River near their hometown farming community of Chilliwack, BC is what drew Tanner Olsen, Graeme Fugger and RJ Poland together. While the friends kept in touch while going to university, it was an opportunity to play eight shows in three days at a country fair that allowed the friends to get back to their roots and love of music. From that event The Tanner Olsen Band took flight crafting their sound and performing with their infectious energy all over the West. Friends, fun and music is the perfect combination, so make sure you come catch the rising star of the Tanner Olsen Band.
