Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Tickets are refundable only untilup to 2 weeks before the show. After February 2, 2013, no refunds will be accepted. Please e-mail us at if you would like to process a refund. The total refund process takes 3-5 business days.

Q: What is the camera policy?
A: No DSLRs will be allowed in the venue. Simple point-and-shoot or phone cameras are allowed.
