BASS COAST PROJECT is a festival of the underground arts featuring electronic music, film, fashion, food and education. The event is held on JULY 24,25,26 2009 and is located 1 hour from Vancouver in the pristine Squamish Valley. BASS COAST PROJECT has a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability, participation and integration. FESTIVAL ENDS 12PM SUNDAY JULY 26, 2009

Patrons will present their computer confirmation printout bar code at the ticket gate and will obtain a wristband there anytime after 12pm on July 24th, 2009. Gates will be closed from 2am to 7am July 25 and July 26,2009.

Doors open at 12pm Friday July 24, 2009

Parking at your camp will be on a first-come first serve basis. Cars leaving the site will have to re-park in an overflow lot upon their return.

Bass Coast Project is a 19+ event. Two pieces of ID must be shown to obtain wristband.
No drugs or alcohol permitted on premises.
No pets.
A Leave No Trace Event.
Please bring enough water for drinking, cooking & cleaning.
The Venue is large, please bring your bike and a lock.
All tickets are non-refundable. BCP will not be responsible for tickets lost in your possession. Bass Coast Project does not issue replacement tickets.
48 hour cancellation policy. If the event is cancelled a refund will be refunded to you within 60 days of said cancellation.
Please try to be eco-conscious, by Car Pool or Ride Share.
Guests and Vehicles will be subject to searches prior to entry to the event and upon exiting.
You are not permitted to have any glass bottles of any kind. Broken glass is dangerous to everyone. No exceptions.
We restrict the use of fires, flares, fireworks etc., and will be extinguished by our security team..
