Sunny & the Dudes//

Sunny & the Dudes is an indie-rock band from Vancouver, Canada; captivating audiences through strong imagery and story-telling, blended with danceable melodies and energy.

Sunny & the Dudes is composed of four members;  Sianne Petrisor, affectionately known as “Sunny” (bass), Dave Valade (lead vocals and guitar), and Matt Porteous (backing vocals and keys), and Braeden Hage (drums). 

Their soulful, dance-rock is inspired by a vast range of artists and influences new and old.

February 2022 is expected to see the release of their newest single 'Slip'; a self-produced track that tells a story of distance and heartbreak through warm harmonic vocals, tuneful guitar, punchy bass and drums, and sorrowing keys.

Sonic Break//

Sonic Break is an original, alt-rock act based in Vancouver and formed in 2015. After years of songwriting, brothers Rory and Jamie Mackay joined forces with drummer Ryan Grohn and bassist Ash Shenoy to create their diverse sound: a melting pot of rock, grunge, and pop influences. The band is complimented by the rich harmony vocals of singer-songwriter and collaborator Anika MacKay. Sonic Break offers a rocking live performance with searing leads, body-moving beats, catchy melodies and memorable lyrics.

They are grateful to have signed with Live Acts Canada and are honoured to be the Spotlight Artist of the Month for August, just in time for the release of their first single. They have recently been in the recording studio with acclaimed canadian producer Darren Grahn (who has worked with Metallica and Motley Crue) which has resulted in songs that they are truly proud to release to the world !. They perform live gigs regularly in the Vancouver music scene.

Alexandra Beck//

Alexandra Beck is a fun loving, stage zealous Canadian R&B Soul Recording Artist. She hails from Vancouver, Canada. Alexandra is proud of her powerful vocals, and high frequency sound. Coming from a tiny white girl’s body, most don’t expect a voice like hers- but Alexandra is proud that she is defying the boundaries, and definitions of what she believes should be in music. Alexandra’s innate sense for creating catchy melodies, without needing any instrumentation, is her strength as a songwriter.

Alexandra has performed on several big stages in North America. Her highlights include: Canadian Music Week 2021, The Historic Bitter End (Lady Gaga has frequented this stage!!!) in New York City 2019, and being selected by “Pitch Perfect’s” Musical Director for a vocal solo, amongst a mass choir at NYC’s Lincoln Centre, in 2018. Alexandra is also proud that she was a regional finalist in the Jim Beam/Canadian Music Week National Talent Competition 2020.

Alexandra has been working hard in the studio on her debut album for much of 2021. With heavy influences from early 2000’s R&B and Pop, as well as many modern and timely productions, she has been particularly excited for this upcoming release. She is grateful to be working closely with Grammy nominated record producer & songwriter, Roy Hamilton III. She believes that this new direction is most aligned with where she’s going as an artist.
