Please enter the number of people attending in the “Enter Quantities” fields. The system will automatically give you the correct number of seats at the best available table according to the map of the tables however, you can change this to another table if you wish. Each table seats 10 people. For each currently enrolled child you have attending CEFA, they can be counted as 1 “CEFA Child”. For example, if you have two enrolled children at the school, you can enter 2 in the “Enter Quantities” box, if you have 1 child at the school you can enter 1. This will issue the currently enrolled child/ren a ticket at your table at no cost. You are required to enter only the name or names of your currently enrolled child/ren when you fill out your contact information on the payment page.
All other children, either friends or family, must be entered in the “Enter Quantity” field under Child. If a child is younger than 2 and not a CEFA student, you can choose to have them sit on your lap. If you would like the child to have their own seat, you will need to purchase a $25.00 ticket for the child. All Adults and Seniors will be entered in the Adult quantity field.
We would like to ask all families to be mindful of how many tickets you are purchasing, as we do have limited seating. We would like to see all children and their immediate family be able to attend this event. We would like to ask all families to please only buy tickets for your immediate family (mothers, fathers, and siblings) to help ensure all families have a ticket for this event. Tickets for extended family (grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins) can be bought at a later date. Tickets are first come first serve basis. Thank you in advance for your support and understanding.
For this event you will be issued an e-ticket. You will not be picking up tickets at the school. When you receive your confirmation email, scroll to the bottom of the email and click the link. Your e-tickets will be displayed which you must print and bring to the event. The e-ticket will indicate your table number. On your confirmation and e-ticket you can disregard the word “ROW” in the Table designation. For example, your confirmation and e-ticket will say TABLE, ROW 3, SEAT 1. This means you would sit at Table 3 in any seat that is available.
If you did not receive a e-ticket, check your junk or spam folder first, if it is not in your junk or spam folder, you may call Vtixonline Tickets at 604- 241-7292 ext 1 and we can resend the email.
Exchanges if you purchased to the wrong event, are subject to a $5.00 exchange fee. There are no refunds.
The tickets will be live starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 8th , 2019. Ticket sales will end on November 22nd, 2019 at 5:00pm.
